1.The plasmids or vector plasmids if it has the presence of promoter and terminator along with the origin of replication(ORI) such vector plasmids acts as expression vectors and can be utilized to express the protein and also can intiate replication due to presence of ORI.The given plasmid vector had promoter that can be expressed in human cell so it expressed and synthesized proteins in that system.Along with it had the ORI also for bacterial cells so that plasmid easily got replicated in bacterial systems.

2.In order to know the expression levels of protein or gene,its tissue localization and the various environmental cues or systemic cues in which it is expressed.The plasmid should allow our gene/protein to be visualized by the fluroscence microscope.
