Entamoeba histolytica is an ameba that that causes amebiasis. They feed on cells in human colon and cause dysentry (bloody diarrhea). If the ameba spread through out body through blood stream it causes abscesses in liver.

African sleeping sickness: It Is caused by Trypanasoma brucei  and transmitted by tsetse fly.

Malaria: Is caused by plasmodium parasite and transmitted by infected mosquitoes.

Typhus: Typhus fever is caused by rickettsia or orientiabacteria and is transmitted by infected mites, fleas or lice.

Anthrax: It is caused by gram positive rod shaped bacteria known as Bacillus anthracis. This bacteria is naturally seen in soil and commonly effect domestic and wild animals.
