Describes an experiment you would do to determine the optimal temperature for bacteria to grow
In this context, we will plate the same bacteria into three different plates.
Plate number 1 will be at 37 C in the incubator
Plate number 2 will be at 4 C inside the fridge (generally the fridge have this temperature)
Plate number 3 will be at 55 C inside the laboratory oven
You will let then grow during 3 days. After three days, you will count the number of colonies formed. The optimal temperature will be the plate that have the highest number of colonies.
