One of the process through which we can increase the antibody production is to increase the affinity of antibodies towards antigen.There are similar antigen determinants in our body which can prevent the anitibody from binding to the antigen.So with help of a perimmune repertoir ,the antgenic determinants will be forming a low affinity towards the antigen .While due to the repeated stimulation from antigen,B cells can bind with more affinity by a process known as affinity maturation.
