Endotoxins(are lipopolysacharides) are heat stable components of gram negative bacterial cell wall. Higher doses can resulted in fever, And very large amount is needed to cause disease.

Exotoxins(are enzymes) are soluble protien which is secreted by the bacteria can disrupt normal biological functioning of host cell and evoking fast immune responses.And single exotoxin molecule can act on large number of host cells. So potency of exotoxin is very high.
