2. There are twenty ainoacyl-tRNA synthetase exists. As there is twenty amino acids, each synthetase is responsible for each amino acid.

3- Shine-Dalgarno Sequence-this is located upstream of the start codon, around 8 bases and this enzyme is used to help the ribosome to get attached with the mRNA. This steps helps to start orl initiate translation.
