Organic toxin are the most harmful toxin because they are not breakdown into non toxic form by the chemicals or by any other biological activity. These toxin are known as persistent organic pollutants.

These toxin get accumulated in the tissue of the biological organism. These pollutants or toxin persist in the environment or ecosystem and transit from one phase to another.

For example DDT the most common pollutant which is present in the environment and get accumulated into organism when they feed on the organism which consume DDT . ( Fishes consume DDT , when we consume fishes the DDT enter our body ).
