Answer #1

Spores are no longer disperse in angiosperms because during evolution the mechanisms had changed. And, in angiosperms the fruit is responsible for dispersing seeds.

  • In angiosperms the seeds are covered and produce flowers which have male/female or both reproductive structures. Plant doesnot have mobility and that is the the reason for such having such mechanisms.
  • The agents that commonly assist seed dispersal are wind, water and animals.
  • The ovules will develop into seeds and the ovary will develop into fruit after fertilization.
  • Zygote(2n) and endosperm(3n) are the end product of double fertization in angiosperms.
