Chocolate is made by the preparation of roasted and ground cacao seeds that is made in the form of liquid, paste or in a block, which may also be used as ingredients in other foods. The shell is removed to produce cacao nibs, which are then ground to cocoa mass, unadulterated chocolate in rough form. They are made in various chocolate factories. They are made to provide commercial availability of chocolate. Various aerobic spore forming bacterias such as pumilus, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus subtilis, and Bacillus cereus. The Bacillus spp, found during the aerobic phase of fermentation have been found to be responsible for the flavouring of chocolate. Theobromine, Anandamine and Phenylethylamine are the various chemicals used in chocolate production. Flowers and chocolates are coded as source of happiness in the brain of women. I like dark chocolate, they have less fat.
