antisepsis- the practice of using antiseptics to eliminate the microorganisms that cause disease. Antisepsis is addressed to living tissue, disinfection is of abiotic surfaces.

Disinfection- usually on surface and work benches and common things.

Sanitisation- in terms of health and hygiene.

Sterilisation- to kill microbes at a more better way right before use like sterilisation culture plates so only desired microbes grow.

If we are looking at a lab first you must have good sanitisation followed by disinfecting the floors and places followed by sterilisation and finally antisepsis
