Lab results reveal that Bryan’s hemoglobin is low, and his red blood cells are smaller in both size and number.

It's lack of important mineral iron which is essential for the hemoglobin synthesis as iron required for the synthsis of heme which is important for hemoglobin formation.

Plant and animal food sources are rich in iron which he is not taking. he is only dependadant on mill whivh provide calcium, protein and carbs that's also in specific one.

And this is the reason his blood count decreases and RBC size become small and his hemooglobin count decreases. Further if he is not given medical attention then he may suffer from high respiration rate, heart beat and severe complication can occur.
