Thymine is present in this nucleic acid of virus.so it is DNA.

If it is a RNA ,uracil is present instead of thymine.

From this %information of bases, we can see that %of adenine not equal to %of thymine.so it doesn't follow base pairing rule. So it is not a double stranded molecule.so it is single stranded.

If it is double stranded the percentage of adenine is equal to the percentage of thymine.(%of purine= %of pyrimidines).
