1) ER is the answer.

The proteins are synthesised on the riugh endoplasmic reticulum. Becausr ribosomes are found on the RER. Then it will transport the protein to the golgi body. After that it will transport the protein to outside via vesicle.

2) Phosphodiester bond is the answer.

The back bone of DNA is made up of nucelotide. The nucleotide of DNA are joined by phosphodiester diester bond. The phosphate of the 5' C and 3' C-OH joined together to form this bond.
