Cytoskeleton are those cellular elements that play a role in cell division,protection and cell shape determination.

The eukaryotic cytoskeleton elemente are well developed and perform the well organised functions they are actin,tubulin and microtubules.The prokaryotes also have cytoskeleton elements but they are not completely identical to eukaryotic cytoskeleton in terms of function and structure both.For eg Fts z which is tubulin analog in prokaryotes have main role in cell division whereas in the eukaryotes it has structural role.Also Mre b an actin homolog is least similar to actin.Cre S is homolog of intermediate filaments.

Yes almost every cell has the cytoskelton elements.
