How does eukaryote replication differ from prokaryote replication? (hint -- licensing is just one of the answers here!)
Ans- In eukaryotes replication occur in cytoplasm and in prokaryotes it takes place in nucleus.eukaruotes have multiple replicon for site of origin but in prokaryotes there is a single reolicon or single site of origin. Eukaryotic replication take place by three dna polymerase enzymes alpha ,delta and epsilom but in prokaryotes it take place by dna polymerase ist and third . in eukaryotes several terminal sites are present but inprokaryotes only single site of termination is present.
