Arthritis is the disorder in which the joints get swollen and get stiffed. It is commonly of two types osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
It can occur among all types of ages, children, adults, old people. This condition gets worse with age.
There are many ways if you have arthritis you should have to take some precautions and disciplinary actions such as you must take a walk daily, do not stress a lot, If you are overweight, do some exercise, lose your weight, try meditations, take therapies to relieve from pain.
There is no clear treatment available so far of this disorder. while some drugs are used to relieve pain and stiffness in the joints such as Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It helps in reducing the pain.
