Ans 1- The small intestine is the part of the gastrointestinal tract between the stomach and the large intestine where much of the digestion of food takes place. The primary function of the small intestine is the absorption of nutrients and minerals found in food.The greatest absorption of chemicals , as with nutrients, takes place in the intestine, particularly in the small intestine. The intestine has a large surface area consisting of outward projections of the thin (one- cell thick) mucosa into the lumen of the intestine (the villi).

Ans 2- The testicles hang ioutside the body by the spermatic cord.the testicles make sperm. They are outside the body because they need to be cooler than the temperature inside the body, in order to make sperm. If a man's testicles get cold, they are automatically pulled closer to the body.
