Stem cells are found in embryo, these cells capable to differentiate into different type of cells can form no. of tissue and organs. these cells are required to form organs are essential for orgnaogenesis during the embryogensis.

Totipotent Cells these cells are embryonic stem cells and immature cell that capable to form any cells or tissue including extraembryonic cells and even an embryo. If any totipotent cell seperate during embryonal growth then each cell can give rise to a new embryo. generally this property is not found in adults cells. in case of Plants each and every cell can be use to form an new plant.

Pleuropotent Cell These can give rise all types of cells that found in embryo.

Multipotent Cell can give rise to more then one type of cells but are limited to differentiate then pleuropotent cells.
