Discuss the evidence surrounding protein consumption and kidney function.

Answer #1

According to many of the latest researches there is simply no evidence linking a high protey diet to kidney disease in healthy individuals or those who are at risks of kidney diseases due to obesity , hypertension ,diabetes etc.

Although many researches on high portein intake has not been done extensively some studies on rats have shown that high protein intake affected the boold flow in their kidneys. But its its s unclear that a high protein diet can cause kideny disease in a healthy person. Yet physians and researchers adivice patients with kodney disease to avoid high protein diet. This is mostly due to the fact that a famaged kidney is unable to remove the excess protein as waste from your body amd it results in accumulation and other health issues.
