Cellular respiration is aerobic respiration in which ATP is synthesized in the presence of oxygen and it act as a ATP source in resting conditions and some light exercise.

Anaerobic respiration comes into picture during continous work.

Phosphate system is used as a energy source in sprinting, throwing and rapid energy requiring tasks.
