What measures would you like to take to prevent water-borne diseases?

Water borne disease are those disease which spread from contaminated water .it could be from your near by pond,tank etc ..certain toxic bacteria present in this water ..when we drink this contaminated water we get disease ..certain disease like cholera,amoebiasis,typhoid,hepatitis-B are water borne ..bacteria release toxin in water ..so to prevent water borne disease sewqge water must be properly disposed and excreatory materials should be eliminated and proper treatment in different stages should be provided eg:sewage treatment and this treatment followed periodically to keep away disease ..
