1) The following enzymes are involved in the purine nucleotide cycle, except for-- A. Aminotransferase.

Deaminase , adenylosuccinase and adenylosuccinate dehydrogenase all are used in purine nucleotide cycle which form DNA. But Aminotransferase is an enzyme which is important in the synthesis of amino acid which form Proteins.

2) Fatty acid oxidation is repressed by following signals , except for-- D. Fatty acyl CoA.

Fatty acyl CoA is a group of coenzyme which metabolize fatty acid. Fatty Acyl coA helps in beta oxidation and ultimately forms acetyl coA.

NADH , malonyl coA and acetyl coA help in fatty acid synthesis so they inhibit the fatty acid oxidation.
