I would like to make this sentence as a first sentence ( a topic sentence) for a paragraph that talks about this disease! How? ( In Parkinson’s disease, convicted nerve cells ( neurons) in your brain regularly break down or die. ) Thanks!

You can then start your paragraph with the following line.

"One of the most noticeable signs of onset of Parkinson's disease is the loss of control over movement and balance of the body, which happens due to regular break-down or death of dopamine producing nerve cells in patient's brain. Dopamine is a chemical released by brain nerve cells or neurons that work as neurotransmitter and sends signal to other nerve cells and controls the overall movement of the body."
