I am currently designing a flow cytometry experiment testing the effect of Fish Oil on NK cells. I have decided to test the activity of the 4 expression CD56, CD8, CD45, CD11 . I try to paid the expression of CD56-CD3; CD8-CD4, CD45-CD19, CD11-CD56. The question is, among the available probes, which probe should I bind with which cells so could compare them under flow cytometry.

The available reagents are: Annexin-V-FITC, CFSE, Cell-Trace-Violet, Hoescht-3342/DAPI, Mitrotracker-Orange, PI, WGA-AF488 & UV-aqua, PE, FITC, PE.CY7, APC-H, PerCP, APC, PE

The cells we will be using will be PMBC (human peripheral blood). total amount of cells 50000 will be splitted in half, with one half will be untreated, and the other half will be treated with EPA. (focus more on which control dye is stained with which markers)
