Humans have relatively larger brain and smaller faces and smaller teeth and jaws. But Australopithecus have relatively larger faces, jaws, small brain etc. The brain size of human is 35% larger than brain of Australopithecus.

Australopithecus have skulls with internal volume of 400 and 550 milliliters.Average capacity of brain size of Australopithicus is 440 cc while in human is 1,350.
