Human exposure to chemicals such as benzene,halocarbons,ketones,nitroamines,etc. can result in adverse halth effect that are often recognised as chemical toxicity.There are inflammatory states such as hepatitis,nephritis,scleroderma and lupus.Intracellular glutathione,vitamin-C,E,A protect against toxicity and inflammation,fasting and consumption of alcohol.Chronic inflammatory states are rhematoid disease,atherosclerosis,diabetes,infertility and birth defects,multiple system organ failure,cancer.
