Answer #1

Ans- in this case we can influence someone to do something only by giving some counselling about the HPV and describing her the various harmful effect of the HPV on the health of the newborn and the mother along with it's overall effect on the upcoming generations of that family. This will be the first part of their counseling.

The second part will consist the benefits of the HPV vaccination for the newborn, mother and her family.

These both part of the counselling may influence the mother as she will be able to know the harmful effect of virus and associated disease and secondly the benefit of vaccination.

The outcome may be the consent of the mothers to vaccinate their children.

The impact evaluation will consist some reports which will describe the decrease in the frequency of disease associated with the HPV in newborn and subsequent generation.
