Answer-3 The Ras is activated and inactivated by the phosphorylation. It gets activated when it bound to GTP and it gets inactivated when it bound to GDP. These cycling between the GTP and GDP bound form cause activation and inactivation of Ras.

Answer-4 The western bloting will help in identification of specific proteins or enzyme while the co-precipitation will precipitate the PKC and TACE in a combination and at the same time the western bloting will help in their separation and isolation.
