1. A person without gall bladder stop eating high cholesterol , high fatty food. As gall bladder stores bile, and release it when fatty food arrives in the intestine and helps in its absorption by emulsifying it by decreasing the surface tension. As the gall bladder is now absent, excessive fatty food cannot be absorbed and will be pass though stool.
2. Functions of pancreatic juice:
a. It makes the content of the duodenum alkaline, which neutralises HCL from stomach in chyme.
b. It helaps in digestion of fats, carbs and proteins by secreting lipases, peptidases, trypsinogen, cholesterol esterases.
If pancreatic juice become absent, most of the nutrients will be remain unabsorbed from the small intestine as it contains all the major enzymes for breakdown and digestion of the food nutrients. This will lead to severe malnutrition.
