if you do an experiment where before you start your experiment you keep a green plant in the dark for six hours. once you start the experiment you expose it to RED light for 1 hour. so once we start the experiment would both light and dark reactions proceed as normal?

Answer #1

Ans. As in every experiment related to the photosynthesis, Co2 estimation, chlorophyll etc. the plant is kept in dark for a fixed time period. This is done because the plant has to be Destarched. The process of destarching helps in elimination of starch present on the leaf so that in order to observe and record the precise value of starch formed by photosynthesis could be done properly. Thus after destarching the plant also the plant function poperly carrying out photosynthesis i.e both the light and dark reaction normally.

Two cars start from rest at a red stop light. When the light turns green, both cars accelerate forward. The blue car accelerates uniformly at a rate of 3.3 m/s2 for 3.9 seconds. It then continues at a constant speed for 13.7 seconds, before applying the brakes such that the car’s speed decreases uniformly coming to rest 219.99 meters from where it started. 1. Do you check your phone or use technology right before you go to bed? If so, chances are that you are not alone. A recent news report claims that 60% of adults use some kind of technology right before they go to bed at night. Believing that this claimed value is too low, a researcher surveys a random sample of 200 adults and finds that 71% use some kind of right before they go to bed. If a hypothesis...
