Answer #1

Answer=

Knee and shoulder joints in human are most susceptible to injuries.

Although the knee is bodys largest joint,it's the most vulnerable to injuries. The knee is considered a "hinge" joint because it allows movement in one direction.

Diseases of the knee=

1. Osteoarthritis -Is a degenerative disease where the knee's cartilage progressively "wears and tears".

The damaged cartilage can cause pain and stiffness in the knee that will gradually get worse during daily activities.

2.Rheumatoid arthritis -Is an autoimmune disease that causes inflammations around the joints and can cause destruction in the cartilage ,bone and ligaments.

can be caused by genetics,Immune system attacking the joints and virus or bacteria that triggers the disease.

Choose one disease process or injury that you would like to learn more about. Decide on an organ system or organ, and then choose a disorder that is different from those already presented in Braun and Anderson (2017). For example, if you wish to learn more about cancer, choose a cancer that is not included in chapter 7 (perhaps choose Melanoma) or if you would like to know more about heart disease, choose something different from topics presented in chapter...

Most of the internal radiation of the human body is due to a single isotope, the beta emitter 40K, with half life of 1.28×109 years. The body contains about 0.35% potassium by mass; of this potassium, about 0.012% is 40K. • What is the total activity, in Bq, of a 70 kg human? • Each 40K decay produces a 1.3 MeV beta particle. If 40% of the energy of these decays is absorbed by the body, what dose, and what...
