The consumption of a diet high in carbohydrates and lipids, can not produce diabetes type 1.

Type 1 diabetes is a condition in which our immune system destroys insulin-making cells in your pancreas. These are called beta cells. The condition is usually diagnosed in children and young people, so it used to be called juvenile diabetes. So, excess carbohydrates and lipid can increase the severity of the disease, but these are not the cause of type 1 diabetes.
