RNA polymerase is enzyme that produce RNA strand from DNA template. it is also called DNA dependent RNA polymerase as it makes RNA from DNA template.

RNA replicase is enzyme that produce RNA strand from RNA template. it is also called RNA dependent RNA polymerase because it generate RNA strand from RNA.

Transcriptase is reverse transcriptase which produce complementary DNA from RNA template. because it produce cDNA from RNA which reverse than usual therefore it is called reverse transcriptase.
