Answer #1

Answer: C. Sanger sequencing requires that the template DNA to be sequenced is single-stranded

Sanger sequencing is a method of sequencing DNA strands. That helps us know the sequence of the nucleotide in which it is present. To do the sequencing the double-stranded DNA is denatured and made into single-stranded. In sanger sequencing, although dideoxyribonucleotide is required along with it deoxyribonucleotides are also used and dideoxyribonucletide is used as a terminating nucleotides so all four of them wont be able to combine to each other.
