The sequence of amino acids from a mRNA sequence CCGUGU is proline-Cysteine (Pro-Cys) because CCG codes for prolein and UGU codes for Cysteine.

The sequence of amino acids from a DNA  sequence AATGTT is leucine-glutamine (leu-Gln) because the template strand is the antisense strand, the sequence of mRNA is complementary to template strand. If the sequence of template strand is AATGTT, the sequence of mRNA is UUACAA. UUA codes for leucine and CAA codes for glutamine.

The start codon of a translation is AUG (occasionally GUG)

The stop codons are UGA, UAA and UAG.
