Some surveys are showing that 98% of all sex acts in humans is Recreational in nature (for fun), and only 2% of all sex acts in humans is specifically for Reproduction (to have offsprings). Why would recreational sex have evolved in humans and how recreational sex gives humans an evolutionary advantage? Please explain in detail.

Recreational sex have evolved in humans because it is the adaptation to enjoy sex life. Since, it is not like that, people will not waste their time and energy recreating during sex.

Recreational sex have evolved because of natural selection. The adaptations of a recreational sex is enormous since no one would recreate. Every species tries to create the many offspring, but not only in number, but in the sense that it will create those offspring’s that are most likely to survive, and reproduce. Somewhat required to evolve to aid them keep recreating, else they would stop to have a sex, and hence, species of human would ultimately go extinct. No organism want to waste their time and energy recreating during sex.
