Can someone show me a diagram of the urea cycle in detail with all enzymes and cofactors as well as the sources of nitrogen entering the cycle?
Urea cycle is an important biochemical reaction in which ammonia(which is toxic and difficult to excrete) is converted into urea(non toxic and can be excreted easily).
Enzymes involved are
#1.Carbamoyl phosphate synthetase 1
#2.Ornithine transcarbamylase
#3.argininosuccinate synthase
#4.argininosuccinate lyase
#5. Arginase
