Vitamin B1 is one of the other enzyme used in functioning of the nervous system.where the B1 which is known as thiamine which enters into body through diet ,then the role of thiamine is a coenzyme present in the form of thiamine diphosphate helps in the synthesis of myelien sheath by attaching to pyruvate dehydrogenase enzyme.

Vitamin B1 which is also known as niacin function in nervous system mainly by helping to pass the signals from one nerve cell which is needed to maintain mental state of a person,thet is memory development. It's deficiency is one of the reason for causing Alzheimer disease.

These two vitamins are popular water soluable vitamins helps in functioning of nervous system.
