Ans. All of the above
Explaination: In humans, Human anti-mouse antibody (HAMA) is found and reacts to antibodies produced in mouse. Mouse is commonly used for production of antibodies to treat certain types of diseases including cancers and immune related disorders in humans. These antibodies produced from mouse are targeted to act on a specific antigen. But instead of targeting the target antigen, the injected antibody reacts with antibodies found in humans by recognizing the mouse produced antibody as foreign antigen. This leads to the failure of this antibody treatment. This HAMA response generally produces allergic reactions of low level but somestimes can lead to fatality due to organ failure.
