61. A 15-month-old child is brought to ER after having a seizure. Prior to this she was experiencing a cold for 3 days. She had cough, congestion and a low-grade fever. She is not eating or sleeping. She has not gotten all of her immunizations yet. Her WBC count is elevated. A spinal tap is done which reveals tiny gram-negative coccobacilli.
