After addition of the negative charge group to the positive charge histone lead to neutralization of positive charge of histones. As this positive charge is responsible for interaction between histone and DNA. So after neutralization of the histone charge, there will be loose binding of histones with DNA. So loose DNA is known as euchromatin and there will be increased transcription of the DNA.
