Humanities are the quality of being human. It is the study of human society and culture.

Humanities is the study of how people process and document the human experience.

Humanities pertain to philosophy, literature, religion, visual and performing arts such as music and theatre, history, ancient and modern languages, social sciences such as history, archaeology, anthropology, area studies, communication studies, classical studies to understand the world.

The humanities teaches us how people have created their world, and how they in turn are created by it....
