No, i dont have any personal experience of supplements. Supplements are substances which should be taken until and unless you body is requiring it or when consulted with doctor and specially according to the dose provided by your consultant. Because in high amounts supplements are usually harmful.

One should have all the knowledge about the supplements they are taking and just not go by the heavy brand advertisments. Also should read the reviews and positive and negative effects of the suppleent they wish to take.
