Any room that has LN2 should include an oxygen-enriched environment as a safety precaution. When working with LN2, a full face shield visor,  cryogenic gloves/ non-absorbent insulated gloves and a lab coat with overalls/ non-absorbent cryogenic aprons should be worn to protect your face, hands and body respectively.

[ Note:  If sufficient liquid nitrogen is vaporized so as to reduce the oxygen percentage to below 19.5%, there is a risk of oxygen deficiency which may cause unconsciousness. Death may result if oxygen deficiency is extreme. Therefore, to prevent asphyxiation hazards, handlers have to make sure that the room is well ventilated when using cryogens indoors.]
