Get moving. the heart is made of muscles, when you do exercise it gets more strength.2. lose weight, losing weight is very important to strength in your heart.3. eat healthy foods, especially eat more fruits and vegetables.4. Quit smoking, smoking leads to heart diseases.4. Don't overeat, 5. stress less, stress causes an increase in blood pressure 6. have a handful of nuts. To keep blood pressure at a healthy level the best option is to walk and exercise regularly, it is the best thing you can do to lower blood pressure.
