• Chemical class would be a protein ( Enzyme ) .
• Mode of transport would be intravenous because the protein will be digested if ingested.
• receptors on the plasma membrane of the spermatocyes specially near to acrosome, so it will not break. Because it is necessary for dissolving Zona pellucida of Ovum.
• Intracellular mechanism of action would be secondary messanger based to stop breaking acrosome wall.
