Private health insurance exchanges offer employer health insurance, combining online shopping, increased plan choice, benefit administration, and cost-containment strategies. These are run by private companies. Government donot interfere into these exchanges. Unlike public exchange, private  health insurance exchanges donot get any subsidy. In case of Private health insurance exchanges employer administrative burden are very high and also there is less regulation as compare to public exhange.
