Answer #1

Nowadays the common heart diseases are CAD (Coronary Artery Disease) or Atherosclerosis including high blood pressure. It mainly occurs due to high blood cholesterol level, which eventually clogs the arteries and blood capillaries.

Hence a person with a family history of heart diseases should primarily try to reduce his/her cholesterol level.

And for this one should take the dietary PROTEIN FIBERS which significantly reduces the LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) level, which is also called as the Bad Cholesterol.

Some examples of foods rich in fiber are 1)Peas, beans & pulses

2)Vegetables like broccoli, carrot & sweetcor

3)Fruits like berries, pears, melon & oranges

4)Wholegrain, oats, rye & barley etc.

These proteins are really beneficial for Mr. Juan & other individuals who have a family history of heart diseases.
