Communication: It embraces the human interaction and behaviour. The means by which culture is transmitted and preserved. They are verbal and nonverbal. These are the most significant problems.

Space: The distance between individuals when they interact. Interpersonal space: intimate, personal, social, consultative, and public. Rules can be differed between cultures.

Social Organization: The manner in which a cultural group organizes itself around the family group. It includes family structure and organization, religious values and beliefs, and role assignments.

Time: Cultural groups can be past, present, or future oriented.

Environmental Control: The ability of a person to control nature and to plan and direct factors in the environment that affects them. It can be internal vs. external control.

Biological Variations: Biological differences such as genetic variations.
