Answer #1

The prison experiment is one of the landmark experiments in human psychology. This test put some individuals in artificial prison and observed the changes in behavior. The goodness of people outside the jail was put to test under stress conditions. The prison guards due to their upper position began to abuse the prisoners The prisoners became aggressive and lost their coolness and goodness under stress

Even though the test was questioned for ethical practises the author was not judged. The outcome of the research was so remarkable and it showed that the human behavior is shaped by the environment we live in. This test gained relevance after the Iraq prison conditions. The validity of the test is questionable due to limited and non random sampling but the outcome is not.
